Do I need to have a full idea in mind before booking?

Not at all. If you have a general concept, I’ll help develop it into a complete design that fits your body and tells a cohesive story in the Japanese tradition.

Do you do large-scale pieces like sleeves and backpieces?

Yes, I specialize in large-scale, multi-session tattoos including sleeves, backpieces, bodysuits, and full leg or chest panels. These require careful planning and consultation.

Do you require consultations before tattooing?

Yes. Consultations are free and required for all new large projects. This helps ensure the piece is thoughtfully designed and customized for your body

What are your rates and how is pricing determined?

Pricing is typically by the hour for large pieces, or by the project for smaller work. My current hourly rate is $250 per hour with a special day rate of $1500 for a full day (8hrs) and $800 for a half day (4hrs). estimated duration for large projects like sleeves or backpieces will be quoted after a consultation based on design complexity and location

How long will it take to complete a sleeve or backpiece?

This varies by design complexity, your tolerance, and healing time between sessions. On average, a full sleeve can take 20–40 hours over several sessions. A full backpiece may take 40–60+ hours.

Do you do cover-ups or reworks?

I enjoy taking on cover up work and find it ver satisfying to make the best out of a bad situation or transform a tattoo that needs some love. I consider cover-ups on a case-by-case basis. Japanese designs often lend themselves well to cover-ups due to their bold linework and shading. A consultation is required to determine if your existing tattoo can be worked over.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with at least 48 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting your deposit.I take a $100 deposit for one session tattoos and a $250 deposit for large ongoing pieces such as sleeves and full back pieces

Do you tattoo walk-ins or small pieces?

I love doing small tattoos and walk ins. I take walk ins if my schedule permits on Fridays, Sundays and Mondays at Elm Street Tattoo. All other days are by appointment only. To guarantee a spot it is best to contact me ahead of time to avoid disappointment
